4. Booth Selection We are interested in renting sq.ft. For example: 100 sq.ft. (10x10 ft.), 200 sq.ft. (10x20 ft.), 400 sq.ft. (20x20ft.), where we will exhibit our products and services and would like to reserve one of the next 3 options. It is our understanding that the first available booth will be assigned to us in the order we selected them. In case none of these options are available, we will be notified in order to select an available booth. A minimum space of 100 sq.ft. is required (10x10ft.).

5. Payment Option.
A. If the full payment is made after March 15, 2010 the cost is USD $ 29.00 per sq. ft and you must follow the payment dates below.
 1st Payment at signing 50%ALAS Corporate Member
2nd Payment December 15, 2009 30%ALAS Regular Member
 
Important: There will be an additional 5% cost over the amount due if the Exhibitor does not pay in full on time.

The booth cost includes:

  • Lateral walls (except booths located on corners) covered with white formic both sides
  • Booth identification sign (Company's name and booth number, no logo)
  • Blue heavy duty carpet (booth and aisle area for 200 sq. ft. and smaller)
  • 1 double polarized electrical outlets (110 volts).
  • 1 fluorescent lamp 2 x 39 watts (must have canopy to install).

Basic Furniture Package - Additional Cost US$ 225 dollars.

Complete Furniture Package - Additional Cost US$ 275 dollars.
Package includes: 1 counter with key (40" long by 45" high by 20" deep), 1 table 72" x 30", 1 tablecloth, 2 chairs and 1 waste basket - please add US$ 275 dollars to the down payment cost when you check this box.
Expo Seguridad Mexico will donate US$5.00 to Mission 500 as a contribution to their program to help less fortunate children in Mexico. If you would like to match this contribution, please mark this box and we will add $5 to your invoice
